Qualifications

• Experience in a labor-intensive, manufacturing, or facility maintenance role preferred.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift and floor sweeping machinery.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the 3rd shift.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Facility cleanliness: Operate and maintain the floor sweeper and manage trash containment and disposal.
• Hazard response: Address spills such as water, oil, or coolant to prevent accidents.
• Equipment & shop care: Clean and maintain the shop floor and machinery; learn job-related equipment.
• Material handling: Safely operate a forklift and move products; stack wood dunnage as needed.
• Safety & compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per safety procedures.
• Team support: Perform other duties to support production goals as assigned.
