Job summary

Comar in West Bend, WI is seeking a skilled Extrusion Blow Molding Process Technician for the 3rd shift. You will start up machines, verify processes, and maintain validated settings to ensure consistent quality.

You will troubleshoot issues, support mold changes, monitor performance, document parameters, and train team members as needed. Experience in extrusion blow molding and plastics manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Prior Extrusion Blow Molding process experience required
• 2+ years of plastics manufacturing experience preferred
• Understanding of molding machines, molds, tooling, and process controls
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform machine startups and process verification
• Maintain validated process settings
• Troubleshoot process and quality concerns
• Diagnose machine and tooling issues
• Support mold changes and startup activities
• Monitor production performance and quality
• Document process parameters and production activities
• Train and support production team members as needed
