Xanitos, Inc. seeks a 3rd shift EVS Manager for Enloe Medical Center in Chico, CA. You will oversee Environmental Services associates and liaise with hospital departments to ensure top-tier service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include staff selection, training, quality checks, disciplinary actions, and maintaining a sanitary, orderly environment while upholding Xanitos' culture and management philosophy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Management experience required; EVS management preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exception required.
• Strong service/quality attitude with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection, interview candidates, and schedule time off.
• Assign personnel to areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality checks, manage materials inventory, and equipment use.
• Ensure staff orientation and ongoing education.
• Provide guidance and motivation to maximize performance.
• Discipline staff per progressive guidelines.
• Prepare disciplinary reports and follow-up investigations.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment.
• Promote Xanitos culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Lead to meet performance plans with quality leadership.
