Job summary

Jabil is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician for a third shift in Monument, Colorado. You will troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate electro‑mechanical equipment used in our manufacturing process, performing preventive maintenance and documentation as required.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with hand tools and calibration equipment. The position offers a 15% shift differential and requires reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Broad knowledge and troubleshooting capability with electro‑mechanical equipment in manufacturing.
• Ability to use basic and specialized hand tools and test/calibration equipment.
• Experience with maintenance tracking programs and familiarity with CNC/machine tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot non-functioning electro‑mechanical equipment in the manufacturing process.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment per manuals and drawings.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Calibrate equipment using test equipment and document results.
• Train employees in operation of machinery and safety procedures.
