Job summary

Jabil seeks an experienced maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will dismantle, adjust and assemble gear according to blueprints and manuals, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, reading schematics, and the use of hand tools and calibration equipment. Overtime or on-call work may be necessary, with adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

Associate degree in electronics or equivalent.
Broad troubleshooting capability in electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Proficiency with basic and special-purpose tools and calibration equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment in the manufacturing process.
Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment per layouts or drawings.
Perform preventive maintenance and document activities.
Calibrate equipment using test equipment and procedures.
Work overtime or be on-call as required.
Adhere to company safety and security policies.
