Job summary

Aerotek in Toledo, OH is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems up to 480V 3‑phase, including motors, VFDs, and control panels. You will read blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, and support mechanical systems such as pumps and gearboxes.

This contract‑to‑hire role runs 11 PM–7 AM (may cover 1st shift). Pay starts at $34.73/hr with an eventual union rate of $38.06/hr, plus a small shift premium; excellent benefits and weekly pay are

Qualifications

Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics for maintenance tasks.
Preventive maintenance experience and willingness to handle facility projects.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V 3‑phase and associated components.
Diagnose mechanical systems such as pumps, gearboxes, and boilers; perform repairs.
Read blueprints; conduct preventative maintenance and reliability improvements.
Support equipment installations and process improvements; maintain records.
