Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift contract position in Hebron, OH. You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, reading schematics, and using diagnostic tools. Onsite work with safety as a priority, and opportunities to contribute to upgrades and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Multi-craft certification is preferred.
Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on production and support equipment.
Troubleshoot machine issues using tools, drawings, and diagnostic instruments.
Safely move and reinstall machine parts using hoists, forklifts, or dollies.
Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
Maintain accurate records of work, parts used, and equipment condition.
Operate machine tools and welding equipment to fabricate or modify parts.
Use measurement tools to ensure repair accuracy.
Investigate root causes of breakdowns and implement durable fixes.
Recommend equipment upgrades and improvements to enhance performance.
