Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician in Eaton, Ohio for a permanent night shift (6 PM–6 AM). Pay is $25–$30 per hour, with full-time hours and strong safety standards.

You will maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems, read blueprints, assemble and test components, and collaborate with a team to solve complex technical issues while adhering to lean principles.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, high school diploma, or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (PLC experience not required).
• Assemble and test systems and components.
• Safety focused with knowledge of safety regulations.
• Ability to solve complex technical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Collaborate and work with a team as needed.
• Fabricate and install components for repair.
• Basic knowledge of 5S and lean principles.
