Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or industrial setting, with knowledge of CMMS and PM programs. A $2,000 signing bonus is offered after 90 days.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Familiarity with PM programs and CMMS systems.
- Basic electrical knowledge and safe handling of power tools (24–480 amps).
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics; good written and spoken English.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain; willingness to work overtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to maintenance calls during the 3rd shift to minimize downtime.
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
- Document tasks, repairs, and parts usage in the CMMS.
- Support production staff to ensure safe, efficient operation.
