Job summary

W&W Dairy Inc. in Monroe, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a cheese processing facility. This role requires a strong electrical background and 5+ years of related experience.

The 3rd shift position offers a $2,000 signing bonus after 90 days and opportunities to work with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while maintaining GMP compliance and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong mechanical ability and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PM programs and CMMS.
• Basic electrical knowledge and safe power tool use.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Good communication; English or bilingual preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance calls during shifts to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Document maintenance tasks and parts usage in the CMMS.
