Job summary

Lactalis American Group is hiring a 3rd shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician based in Belmont, Wisconsin. The role requires repairing, installing, and maintaining production and packaging equipment, including servo- and electro-mechanical systems, in a clean dairy manufacturing environment.

Weekend work is required. The ideal candidate has electro-mechanical training or equivalent experience, with strong technical reading skills and the ability to operate and test robotic equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Electro-Mechanical maintenance training (associate's degree, certificate or apprenticeship) or equivalent experience.
• Previous electro-mechanical manufacturing experience is required.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair or maintain production and packaging equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics, or diagrams to determine assembly methods.
• Test equipment operation using voltmeters and test instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement per schedule.
• Operate and test robotic equipment across various operations.
• Communicate effectively with operators and supervision to complete tasks.
