Nestlé USA is seeking a 3rd shift Electrical & Automation Technician for the Little Chute plant. This role covers daily electrical support, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure reliable operations.

Candidates should have an Industrial Electrical background, strong time management, and the ability to work self-directed on in-plant repairs. Eligible for comprehensive benefits after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in an Industrial Electrical technical field or electrical Industrial or E&I Journeyman is preferred.
• Electrical Skills knowledge and ability to troubleshoot circuits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Proficiency with electrical testing devices and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily electrical support for plant operations and maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support capital projects.
• Use equipment logs and computerized maintenance systems to track reliability and report findings.
