Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machines in three dye processes (heat set, winding, dryers).
• Complete and document quality checks including HS shrinkage, beam color, and dye migration.
• Communicate with shift teammates and report issues.
• Identify damaged beams/spools and report losses or nonconforming material.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
