Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training and health/safety training required.
• Previous yarn or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heatset machinery to meet quality, production and efficiency goals.
• Thread and repair breakouts to maintain production standards.
• Proactively identify yarn quality during production runs.
• Select and stage tubes for winder operation.
• Doff finished yarn packages as required.
• Run creeling and winding as needed.
• Use black light to check for mixed yarns.
• Attend job-related training as deemed by supervision.
• Follow all SOPs and safety procedures; perform housekeeping.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
