Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Yard and Dock Coordinator for the 3rd shift at our Moncks Corner facility. You will be the primary contact for dock activities, ensuring safe, efficient trailer movement and alignment with safety standards, 7S, and site SWIs.

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse, distribution, dock, yard or transportation environments.
Ability to coordinate dock/yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
Knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and trailer anatomy.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Champion operation safety and support of dock-related equipment.
Serve as primary contact for loading/unloading dock activities and coordinate trailer movements.
Manage and sequence trailer docking, release, and yard flow per safety standards.
Monitor dock conditions and escalate unsafe situations.
Collaborate with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customer teams.
