Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School/GED with leadership experience.
• 1+ year leading or assisting management with team projects.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Willing to work any shift.
• Experience identifying operational issues and proposing solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a group of Team Members in a designated functional area in the Distribution Center.
• Monitors productivity and performance using KPI tools and coaching.
• Mentors team members through on‑the‑job training and OCR sessions.
• Ensures safety standards and conducts safety-focused activities.
• Maintains records for team members, equipment and KPI metrics.
• Participates in staffing, scheduling, and budget-related activities.
• Promotes continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to reduce waste.
