Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years leadership experience in a related field.
• Experience leading teams and assigning work to others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a group of Team Members in a DC; monitors productivity and quality.
• Mentors staff through training; conducts OCRs and develops training curricula.
• Ensures safety, governance, and adherence to SOPs; drives Lean initiatives.
• Manages daily staffing, attendance, and workload within budget constraints.
