Job summary

Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Supervisor, Distribution Center for the third shift to lead receiving, picking, packing, cycle counting, shipping, and related warehouse tasks. You will coach team leaders, plan staffing, monitor safety and performance, and drive continuous improvement across the shift.

You will coordinate with internal partners and vendors, support WMS and automation, and ensure compliant operations aligned with company policies and service goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or operations.
• 3+ years of progressive distribution/warehouse experience.
• Formal supervisory or people-management experience required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and related software.
• Familiarity with automated storage and retrieval systems and related tech.
• Strong planning, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to apply procedures, safety, quality standards, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-shift DC operations including receiving, picking, packing, cycle counting, and shipping.
• Supervise and coach team leaders and DC employees; set priorities and assign work.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and service; escalate risks as needed.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with other shifts, logistics, IT, and support partners.
• Serve as a WMS key user and support system issues and escalations.
