Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Distribution Teammate II for Arden, NC on the 3rd shift. You will perform accurate picking, verification of outbound shipments, packaging, and staging of orders while ensuring all shipping documents are correct and ready for carrier loads.

The role offers $19.10 hourly pay plus a 10% shift differential, a $3,000 retention bonus, and mandatory overtime as needed. Work Sundays through Thursdays, 11pm–7am, with full benefits, growth opportunities, and a focus on safety

Qualifications

Must follow safety procedures and company policies.
Accurate handling of receiving and shipping documents.
Ability to pick, verify, and stage orders accurately.

Responsibilities

Places safety first and follows all procedures and policies.
Ensures the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents.
Pick and verify item numbers listed on Sales Orders by U/M, lot number, bin location, and quantity.
Stage sales orders picked in designated staging area; forward copies of Sales Orders to DTM III.
Verify outbound shipments are 100% accurate and undamaged.
Meet customer special instructions and requirements for shipping prior to shipment.
Operate material handling equipment and maintain a clean work area.
