Job summary

Owens & Minor is hiring for a warehouse associate in Arden, DE. You will pick, pack and verify outbound shipments, stage orders, and ensure accuracy of shipping documents. The role requires operating material handling equipment and maintaining safety standards on a night shift with overtime as needed.

The position offers a $19.10 hourly base rate plus a 10% shift differential and a retention bonus totaling $3,000 across the first year.

Qualifications

• Experience with picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Ability to verify item numbers, locations and quantities.
• Familiarity with loading/unloading procedures and LTL shipments.
• Comfort working in a night shift with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify items by SKU, lot number and quantity.
• Stage orders, wrap pallets and secure loads for transport.
• Ensure accuracy of receiving/shipping documents
• Unload/load trailers, post weights and shipping charges
• Support cycle counts and maintain a clean work area
