Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Team Member II / 1st shift in Arden, NC to support kitting production by picking, staging, and stocking components. The role involves following pick tickets, verifying part numbers and dates, and preparing materials for sterilization loads and shipment.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm with mandatory overtime. Comprehensive benefits and a retention bonus structure are provided to eligible teammates.

Responsibilities

• Places safety first. Follows all procedures and policies.
• Ensures the accuracy of all receiving documents.
• Assures that receiving counts match BOL and purchase order documents.
• Notifying any receiving issues pertaining to packing list/BOL and product issues to WTM III.
• Performs daily material handling equipment inspection and charges battery as needed.
