Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Distribution Team Member II for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11pm–7am) in Arden, NC. Responsibilities include accurate order picking, packing, staging and shipping, with mandatory overtime.

Qualifications

• Able to follow safety procedures and policies.
• Accurate and timely picking and placement of product.
• Verify item numbers, lots, bin locations and quantities.
• Maintain reference documents and shipping paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify items listed on Sales Orders by U/M, lot, bin, and quantity.
• Stage orders in the designated area and prepare for shipment.
• Ensure outbound LTL shipments are 100% accurate and damage-free.
• Complete trailer manifests and affix shipping labels and charges.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and battery changes; keep area clean.
