Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Distribution Team - Equipment Operator for the 2nd shift in our NC facility. You will unload inbound shipments, verify and pick items using RF scanners and Voice Pick technology, and prepare orders for dispatch.

Responsibilities include replenishing, sorting, loading and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of a variety of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc.).
• Prior experience working in a warehouse/distribution center is a plus.
• Warehouse/Operations certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unloads pallets and cases, counts and verifies products using RF/Voice Pick tech.
• LUM Picking: selects products via Voice Pick/RF and boxes for conveyor.
• Sortation: prepares sortation area and moves cartons to pallets.
• Loading: uses RF scanner and pallet jack to load trucks safely and accurately.
