Owens & Minor is hiring for a warehouse associate to support accurate picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. The role operates on a Sunday-Thursday night shift (11pm–7am) with a 10% shift differential and mandatory overtime as needed.

A $3,000 retention bonus is offered with staged payouts at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year. Responsibilities include ensuring shipment accuracy, managing packing lists, validating orders, and maintaining safety and orderly work areas.

• Performs accurate picking and packing to match sales orders.
• Verifies outbound shipments and prepares packing lists/BOL documents.
• Supports receiving, staging, and inventory control activities.
• Operates material handling equipment safely and reports issues.
