Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform accurate picking and placement, verify outbound shipments, and process small packages for shipment.

You will follow safety procedures, prepare packing lists and BOLs, operate material handling equipment and RF scanners, and help with inventory cycles.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm with overtime; pay rate $19.10/hr plus 10% shift differential and a $3,000 retention bonus; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Accurate picking and packing to ensure correct orders.
• Verifying outbound shipments and related documents.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Places safety first and follows all procedures.
• Verifies item numbers, lots, and quantities on orders.
• Packs, labels, and prepares shipments for carrier delivery.
• Maintains accurate receiving/shipping records and cycles counts.
