Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mentor, OH to lead a shift, coach team members, and ensure high-quality output in our direct-to-film department. You will operate printing equipment, monitor production, and uphold safety standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with production processes, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach all employees in department on specific shift.
• Basic knowledge of Transfer Express products and equipment in direct to film department.
• Help run printers, cut, weed, and process items.
• Learn how to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and enforce safety guidelines.
• Understand current printing and QC processes.
• Set and communicate production goals; monitor output and identify issues.
