Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is seeking a production supervisor to oversee and coach department staff on a specific shift in our Mentor, OH facility. You will support the direct to film department, operate printers, and ensure efficient, safe production while upholding quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing workflows as we strive for ongoing improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach all employees in department on specific shift
• Basic knowledge of Transfer Express products and equipment in direct to film department
• Will need to help run printers, cut, weed, and process
• Learn how to troubleshoot quality issues
• Ensure the safe use of the equipment and enforce safety guidelines
• Understand current printing and QC processes
• Set and communicate production goals
• Monitor production output and identify issues
