A retail company in Monroe, Michigan is looking for an entry-level Customer Service Representative for the 3rd shift. You will support the store manager and ensure the store operates efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, adhering to company policies, maintaining store appearance, and handling transactions. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and be able to work varied shifts, including weekends. A willingness to lift objects and work in different temperatures is also required.

Formación

• Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required.
• Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to periodically handle routine physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling.
• Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time.
• Available to work various shifts and days, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
• Acknowledge and greet all customers that come into the store.
• Ensure that all company policies are being followed.
• Promote and maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
• Efficiently process both cash and card transactions.
• Ensure merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly.
• Ensure foodservice products are fresh and appealing.
• Monitor store activities to ensure proper transactions.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies for safety and security.
