Job summary

prattexternalcareersite is seeking a Corrugator Lead Person to oversee daily operations on the corrugator, ensuring quality and productivity while maintaining safety. This trainee role includes potential progression to Corrugator Supervisor and may require 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift coverage.

The candidate should have high school or GED, plus supervisory experience and a willingness to learn all positions on the line. Prior corrugated industry exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows safety rules, operating manuals and procedures.
• Able to write routine reports and communicate with groups.
• Willingness to cross-train and cover all corrugator positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, efficiency and production levels as directed.
• Report quality concerns to supervision and assist with guidelines.
• Maintain inventories of sheets, inks and converting supplies.
• Coordinate with supervisor on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Train new hires and support safety and housekeeping policies.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
