Job summary

Mom's Meals is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to support refrigerated warehouse operations. You will pick, scan, and pack items to complete your portion of orders, ensuring safety and quality in a cold environment.

The role is 3rd shift, Monday–Thursday from 8pm to 6am, with a starting wage of $18.75 per hour. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team, with possible weekend/holiday overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends/holidays and overtime.
• Strong service orientation.
• Team player with good communication.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must have basic reading skills.
• Pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack to complete your portion of the customer's order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select product accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Produce quality work output consistently.
• Move product between locations following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work in a refrigerated environment (34-40 degrees) with gloves provided.
