Job summary

Mom’s Meals | A Purfoods Company is hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our refrigerated warehouse. The role focuses on picking, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer’s order with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The position is fast-paced and requires standing for long shifts; third shift runs Monday to Thursday, 8pm to 6am, with a starting wage of $18.75 per hour. Eligible for benefits, PTO, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Shifts include weekends/holidays/overtime
• Strong service orientation and teamwork
• Able to read labels and follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Pick items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack the order portion
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards
• Maintain attention to detail in labeling and product selection
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Move products between locations following sanitation guidelines
• Assist with general housekeeping
• Work in a refrigerated environment (34–40 degrees) with provided gloves
