Job summary

You will review orders, adjust machine parameters, mix coatings, test outputs, and ensure safety and quality, while guiding Coating Machine Assistants and keeping production records. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to maintenance and process

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating coating, printing, or converting equipment preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and production documentation.
• Basic computer skills and use of production software.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor coating and printing equipment.
• Review orders to determine materials, colors, and timings.
• Adjust machine settings for coat weights, ink flow, and speed.
• Load materials and unload finished products.
• Ensure product quality and record production data.
• Provide guidance to Coating Machine Assistants.
