Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production documentation.
• Preferred: Technical certification/associate degree in Printing or Manufacturing Technology.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses per work orders and production needs.
• Inspect printed products for color, registration, and quality; fix defects promptly.
• Mix, test, and adjust inks and coatings per specifications; monitor ink viscosity and color consistency.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance; document production and downtime.
