Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of CNC machining experience.
• Setup, edit programs, operate CNC 6 axis lathes and 4-axis mills, read blueprints.
• Hands-on production CNC process support.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day production in a high-precision CNC environment.
• Lead machine setup processes, troubleshooting, and improvement.
• Provide machine maintenance support and operator training as needed.
• Operate machines and communicate across organization levels.
