Safe Fleet is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to set up and run CNC milling centers, read component prints, and troubleshoot programs within a busy manufacturing cell in Minnesota. You will work with Haas and Fanuc equipment, maintain quality, and support KPI tracking.

The candidate should have 3+ years CNC machining experience, be proficient with calipers/micrometers, and understand G/M codes. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret component prints.
• Proficient with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Must understand G/M codes and macro programming.
• Ability to setup, troubleshoot, and edit machine programs.

Responsabilités

• Set-up and operate CNC vertical machining centers.
• Read prints, perform calculations, and resolve technical problems.
• Measure parts with calipers and micrometers; ensure tolerances.
• Enter and edit programs to ensure proper machine operation.
• Maintain 5S and workplace organization in the cell.
• Report KPI data and daily production, safety and quality metrics.
