Responsibilities

• Reads process sheets, blueprints and sketches to determine machining to be done.
• Mounts work pieces into clamps.
• Selects and installs tooling and performs machining operations.
• Starts machine operation and verifies dimensions against prints.
• Inspects first run and subsequent pieces for quality and conformance.
• Organizes materials for next run.
• Adheres to safety rules and regulations.
