ProStaffing in Hickory, NC is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a 3rd shift opportunity. This is not an entry-level role; candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on CNC operating experience and be able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Selected candidates will train on 1st shift for 2–3 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift. Pay starts with training at $23.00/hr and increases to $26.00/hr after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
• Strong CNC knowledge and hands-on experience
• Able to work independently after training
• Attention to detail and quality
• Able to troubleshoot production issues
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Must complete 2-3 weeks of training on 1st shift
• Interview required
