ProStaffing in Hickory, NC is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a 3rd shift opportunity. This is not an entry-level role; candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on CNC operating experience and be able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Selected candidates will train on 1st shift for 2–3 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift. Pay starts with training at $23.00/hr and increases to $26.00/hr after training.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR - 3RD SHIFT

$26.00/HR AFTER TRAINING

We are seeking a highly experienced CNC Machine Operator for a 3rd shift opportunity. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on CNC machine operating experience and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

3+ YEARS OF CNC MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

SCHEDULE

3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM

PAY

Training Pay: $23.00/hr After Training: $26.00/hr

Selected candidates will train on 1st shift for approximately 2-3 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of CNC Machine Operator experience


• Strong CNC machine knowledge and hands-on experience


• Ability to work independently after training


• Strong attention to detail and quality


• Comfortable troubleshooting and identifying machine/production issues


• Steel-toe shoes required


• Must be able to complete 2-3 weeks of training on 1st shift


• Interview required

BREAKS

• Two 15-minute paid breaks


• One 30-minute unpaid lunch break
