Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Forest Oaks, North Carolina, seeks a detail-oriented CNC/SMC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Key responsibilities include operating CNC machinery, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality and safety standards on third shift with a 10% differential.

Training on first/second shift is required for 4–6 weeks, and this role may back up other CNC operators in the plant.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience operating CNC machinery and supporting production processes.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC/SMC machinery to produce parts per specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and BOMs; set up machines and adjust settings.
• Record production data and inspect parts for quality and conformity.
• Identify defects and report to supervisor; train on other CNC machines as needed.
• Follow MSDS guidelines and maintain safety at all times.
