Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC lathes and mills, including horizontal and vertical machining centers (preferred).
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
• Skilled in documenting production data and quality metrics accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines efficiently, including setting up tooling, checking inserts, making offsets, and deburring finished parts.
• Manufacture components accurately according to engineering prints and specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure parts meet required standards.
• Accurately document quality data and production metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Support preventive maintenance by performing routine checks and notifying maintenance staff of issues.
