Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating and setting up CNC lathes and mills (preferred).
• Ability to read engineering prints, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height stands.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines including tooling setup, insert changes, offsets, deburring of parts.
• Manufacture components per engineering prints and GD&T specs.
• Perform quality inspections using precision tools to verify conformance.
• Document quality data and production metrics for reporting.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and daily machine checks.
• Prepare equipment and materials for daily operations.
• Support process improvements in fixturing and tooling.
