Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating and setting up CNC lathes and mills.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to document in writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and mills with tooling setup and offset adjustments.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measurement tools to confirm part conformance.
• Document quality data and production metrics for reporting and improvement.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine machine checks.
• Prepare equipment and materials for daily operations and review production schedules.
• Safely handle heavy components and perform light maintenance as needed.
