Job summary

The Margaret E. Moul Home is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for 2nd shift as part of our neuromuscular care team.

You will support residents with daily activities, transfers, and care planning, working closely with nurses and therapists in a collaborative setting. We offer sign-on and differential pay, shift incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and active.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Assist transfers and repositioning using lifts and adaptive equipment.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Document care activities accurately per facility policies.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff for individualized care.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Support residents' dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
