Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Take and record vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Maintain patient dignity, comfort and safety at all times.
• Document care provided in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Follow infection control practices and use PPE as required.
