Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized care for residents in a skilled nursing environment. This role supports bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, and mobility while maintaining safety and dignity for each resident.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid CNA license in accordance with state laws, with high school diploma or GED preferred. Availability includes Wednesdays and every other weekend, with a 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed, Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or experience working with the elderly population preferred.
• Previous experience as a nursing aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring and personalized assistance for residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility as needed.
• Review Resident Care Plans at start of shift.
• Document care given in CareTracker and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure safety and privacy of residents and uphold Resident Bill of Rights.
• Support residents with activities and transport as required.
