Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routine nursing care and services per residents' assessments and care plans (ADLs: bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Create and maintain a warm, personal atmosphere and calm environment on the unit/shift.
• Attend scheduled trainings and orientation programs to maintain certification.
