Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of batching or compounding experience.
• Knowledge of emulsions; experience with homogenizers or extractors or shear pumps.
• Proven computer skills and ability to input information accurately.
• Ability to complete computer transactions related to production; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and executes the sanitation schedule and safety procedures.
• Operates CIP systems and transfers products to packaging lines.
• Uses SAP to execute compounding and follow production instructions.
• Weighs ingredients and manages batching between drums and totes.
• Ensures product quality by sanitizing equipment, following recipes, and performing in-process checks.
• Records production information in SAP for inventory accuracy and batch traceability.
• Monitors equipment performance and coordinates with maintenance.
• Propels syrups and blends using shear mixers and homogenizers.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
