Job summary

RRD in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated team member to join the bindery crew on the 2nd shift. You will load and unload materials, move items with hand trucks or pallet jacks, and apply labels and paperwork to pallets for shipping.

The role emphasizes reliability and organizational skills, standing for up to eight hours in a climate-controlled environment with a $2/hour shift premium and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for up to eight hours.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic handling of shrink-wrap, strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners.
• Ability to work on an inserter attached to the top or back of a press.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Move materials from storage or work sites to designated areas using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
• Attach labels and mark information on cases, bales, or containers.
• Bundle materials using banding machines and prepare pallets for shipping.
• Perform off-line tasks and assist in loading or moving materials as needed.
