Job summary

RRD in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a reliable team member for the bindery crew on a third shift. You will load, move, and label materials, build pallets, and assist with packing and shipping. This climate-controlled role offers a $3 per hour shift premium and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, be organized, and operate basic packaging equipment. The position is full-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, and shelves by hand.

• Bundle materials, band with machine, and prepare pallets for shipping.
• Assist with off-line tasks and keep packing areas clean.

Job Description

The De Pere, Wisconsin RRD team is seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join the bindery crew.

• Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher. May occasionally use automated equipment and/or operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Builds pallets and applies all necessary paperwork to the pallet and moves pallet to a shipping staging area. Performs off line tasks as needed, (floorwork, cleaning trays, giving breaks, fixing packing errors)

This is a third shift position, eligible for a $3 per hour shift premium and in n a climate-controlled environment.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $15.00 to $17.34 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand‑by pay.
