Job summary

Frito-Lay North America, Inc. is seeking Auto Palletizer Operators to monitor and operate a robotic palletizing system. The role offers opportunities for growth within the company and with PepsiCo.

You will perform tasks such as programming the stacker, verifying case counts, and adhering to strict safety protocols while helping maintain efficient production lines. Applicants should be prepared for a 3rd shift schedule with variable days off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull and handle products.

Responsibilities

• Operate a robotic system to program and troubleshoot the stacker and validate case counts.
• Apply Lock out Tag out (LOTO) safety protocol and other safety procedures.
• Set up palletizing boards in proper areas.
• Ensure accurate flow of finished goods on the conveyor system.
• Input or request information based on production schedule using computer terminals.
